Boat Rules & Guidelines

Ø       These guidelines are required to ensure a safe and successful cruise for our customers and our equipment. We want everyone to have a wonderful experience, so please understand that these rules must be followed, and we recommend that you go over this list with your party before the cruise to avoid any confusion. You (client) are fully responsible for the actions of your group. This agreement is inclusive with the Charter Contract, and any applicable fees herein will be added to your invoice. The designated driver will terminate the cruise if order is not maintained. We also maintain communication with the Police for additional assistance.

Ø      Cleaning and Decorating Fees:

We allow 30 minutes prior to the cruise for decorating/boarding, and afterwards for cleanup/exiting. Then you will be charged $125.00 per half hour overtime.

We require that you remove all decorations & tape, and place all trash, plates & cups in the trash.

We provide the trashcan liners and trashcans. We will sweep & mop the floors, and clean the restrooms.

Do not use Birdseed, Rice, Confetti, Sand, etc.  These are slippery and hard to clean up. ($125.00 fee)

Do not use Doublebacked Tape. It is hard to remove. No staples or tacks.

No Candles of any sort. No open flame. This is a safety hazard on board.

No Cooking allowed. Sterno is OK (use wick not gel)  No BBQ pits or gas burners. No flammable liquids.

Glassware and Bottles are discouraged. Broken glass is a safety hazard, and damages the floor.

Fees: $125.00 (Minimum+$125/hour) for excessive cleaning.

(Confetti, splattered liquids or food, tape on walls, broken glass, wax, stains, etc.)

                                    $125.00 (per half hour) for exceeding the cleanup/exiting time of 30 minutes.

                                    $125.00 (minimum) for damage to the boat or fixtures or furniture.

Ø       Air-Conditioning Disclaimer: The effectiveness of the air-conditioning system is dependent on the outside temperature, number of people, and opening/closing the doors. The A/C may be ineffective on extremely hot days with full sun and larger groups of people moving in and out.

Ø       We provide Tables & Chairs. We also provide white tablecloths.

Ø       Wear shoes with good traction – floors can be slippery! 

Ø       We have clean comfortable Restrooms on board.

Ø       No Pets or animals. Health Department requirement. ($150.00 fee for violation)

Ø       Bands & DJ’s must be prearranged. Electricity availability varies on each boat. Please ask about this ahead of time. Generators not allowed. Dancing not allowed upstairs- must be downstairs only.

Ø       Stereo CD Players are on all boats. Bring your favorites!

Ø       Alcoholic Beverages must be prearranged. Margarita Machines NOT allowed. See “Bar Options”.

Ø       Swimming is allowed. Swimming after dark is not allowed.  Swimming is at your own risk – No Life Guard on duty.

Ø       Lake Police will ticket for certain violations involving passengers (i.e.; unauthorized jumping or leaning over rails) All associated fees for ticketing and ticket fees will be added to your invoice.

Ø       Life Jackets are provided, however it is up to the Parent if they wish their Children to wear one. We recommend you bring your child’s life jacket if swimming is planned since they will be more familiar with their own life jacket. We do not provide Infant life jackets.

Ø       Wheelchair accessibility is limited. Please prearrange special needs with us.
